1st booking
Bookings in writing by email. After receiving our booking confirmation via e-mail, the booking is complete and therefore binding. The deposit of 50% of the total amount is due upon booking confirmation.
The balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to departure. For short-term bookings, payment is made in cash on the day of arrival.
2. Cancellation:
Since the World Health Organization has now declared COVID-19 a global pandemic, COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer considered unforeseen or unexpected. Therefore, you book at your own risk and accept the cancellation conditions at the same time.If you are unable to travel (regardless of the reason!), we will calculate the price stated in the booking confirmation in accordance with the provisions of the General Rental Regulations of the Hotel and Restaurant Association, less the expenses we have saved (ie less 10%). If you are not allowed to arrive due to an official ban on accommodation in our district of Kitzingen, you will not incur any cancellation costs.

3. Prices
With occupancy of 2 people for at least 3 nights: Price 90 € / night, each additional person 10 € / night.
Occupancy of 2 people for only 2 nights: Price 100 €/night.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.
Children under 10 years free, only laundry package with 3 €.
Horse pitch: price 20€/day, water, hay and bedding included
4. Rental Conditions
- Deposit: 50% of the rental price upon booking
- Final payment: 4 weeks before arrival or in cash on the day of arrival for short-term bookings
- Earliest arrival: 3:00 p.m
- Latest departure: 10:00 a.m

6. General
Forgotten items will not be forwarded. You can pick them up from us until the end of the year. Items not picked up will be disposed of without replacement by the end of the year.
